Within a circle, ‘Sulṭān Aḥmad ibn / Muḥammad Khān ʿazza / naṣruhū ḍuriba fī / Miṣr sana / 1012’ (‘Sultan Ahmad son of Mehmed Khan. May his victory be honoured. Struck in Misr, year 1012’ in Arabic).
